Interesting. So you give them a bonus amount up front, then deduct the lost tools from it and they get the remainder at some point?

This could be a good tool to teach responsibility. Give something like $50.00 out every quarter for employees who take care of your equipment. Maybe tie in attendance with it too :smiley: That seems like a decent idea. I couldnt tell you how many extention poles and gutter spoons I’ve lost over the years. This is a good idea.
