Good video Mark. Good advice about using the wood tip, I’ve been lazy sometimes and didn’t use the tip, and the squeegee has fallen from a high window. Fortunately no one was hurt.
Secondly I do find it difficult to close out windows, even with the ledger. I still seem to leave some water at the bottom, which is quite frustrating.
A quick release would be great on the ledger. I use one extensively on the inside of a grocery store, and have found the wooden tip has worked great. but i wish it had quick release so i can change channels quickly. What you said Mark about still having to close out, its so true. and its hard on high windows, like 20 feet plus with very deep ledges. Ive found i always use a ledger that is longer than what i need and it makes it a bit easier. Not so much worry about it touching the frame and leaving an inch of dirty glass.
Well done Mark - I’d be stuck with what to say after a minute!
Are you say’n I’m chatty? LOL
The next tool talk will address alternative methods for cleaning glass above deep sills so stay tuned.
No, I reckon you research the product. I didn’t even know they were made by companion tools? Well explained on use as well
I took a quick release off a Ettore super system handle and it works on the ledger.
