In this economy you should have no problem. I get calls every other day from window cleaners looking for work. It’s great you are hiring even under these circumstances!
This is a perenial question…hire experienced people or green and train them in the “way I want it done” ??

It would still take about 24hrs MINIMUM to get there (one way), not to mention the current oil prices sending avgas through the roof. I think ill leave my lear is parked for the moment
