A few sentences describing why you want to work at WCR and what you can bring to the table.

Ideally we are looking for someone in the South West / South / North West / North East and / South East… But we are flexible.

Is this a part time or full time gig? Can you tell us a little more about it?

Chris,

A job description with some outlined goals would be helpful. If nothing else, we’ll be able to then point people in your direction. Could you maybe post a PDF with that on the WCR home page?

Also, is the burning couch any indication of your management philosophy?

Selling what?
To whom?

With this economy the way it is, I’ve taken part time work in the shipping dept. of a local Home Depot to make ends meet. I can tell you that a window cleaner off glass is like a fish out of water. I still have my top end homes but even they have slowed down. I personally have loved my wc job for decades and really hate to get away from it. Lowballers and such aren’t helping things. I had never noticed the “fish” folks till I read about them in here. Now I am seeing them everywhere around town. Crappy work dirt cheap must be acceptable to some people. One of these guys had the pole on his squeegee, doing the bottom of the window, and almost tripped a customer.(one of my guys would have been warned once then fired on the spot the second time) If a customer is important then just think how important a customer’s customer must be.

Found a new way to vent my anger though…I’ve already had a blast with a couple of variations of this: http://mtvnservices.com/mgid:cms:mvideo:cmt.com:40319

“because glass looks it’s best when you can’t see it”

Man - the coffee came through my nostrils
