WFP Back flip?

Does anyone know of a tool I can put on the end of my WFP that will allow for a scrubber attachment? My pole is a multipole so it’s theaded on the ends. I have found one that would almost work, but it’s not a screw on. It’s just a pop on the end of the pole type. Which is not going to work.

I completed this job yesterday and all went well. But I would have liked to had a scrubber on the pole. I prescrub and it’s becomming a pain. I would rather wet, flip, scrub, flip, brush clean, rinse.

Any ideas?

Nice gig.

If there isn’t such a tool, I bet one’ll get invented because you asked for it. Lots of wfp pioneers here. I’d like to see one with a scraper on the back of the brush.

I am working on this exact thing RIGHT NOW.

Which?..scrubber or scraper?

…and, I told ya so.

I don’t want to say where I saw it as Chris does not seem to have it here. It’s called a “Twin Ledge Angle”

I can see this being modified to work. I don’t like that it’s got preasure springs instead of screw lock. But that would 1/2 assed work for me. If not I am thinking of taking two adjustable angle goosenecks and rigging something.

What I am working on will allow you to attach ANY attachment to the pole.

Thats the way to go because I would not mind putting a scrapper, clamp, squge, etc. Many times people make tools for one purpose only. I love tools that are multipurpose.

Thats a Sor

Thanks. The building is about 200 yards from my home and went up 2 1/2 years ago. I have been trying about every 6 months to get the gig. I guess it paid off. I got a call last month from the company that does the inside cleaning. The job was the best one I have done. Because the windows do not have frames I was able to fly through this in 6 hours, alone. Best $2500 I ever made.

NICE

That’s gotta be a record, assuming you mean you did it solo. I’ve not heard anyone else quote a one day solo figure that high. My record is 6 condo buildings at $210 each…$1260.00 in one day…half what you did, and 3 hours longer too.

I don’t think it’s a record, but it is for me. My charge for outside only on mid rise is $2500 minimum. Unless its lower then 3 floors I will then go off my min figure. IE if the place was only 2 floors I would have done the job for $1800. 1 floor $1000. The only reason the job went so fast, like I said was because there are no frames to worry about. Large plates of glass that I could just move left and right on with no worries of the lower windows. The building sits in the sun most of the day so by the time I completed one row of panes I was able to go the next level down and not have to wait for any dry time. Like I sais best gig I ever had.

I use a separate pole w/ a steel wool sleeve on it. I wet, scrub w/ sleeve, and then do a regular wfp clean. That is until Shawn gets finished w/ his product!
