So I’m fairly new to wfp. I was cleaning a house the other day with wfp. It was raining and 40 degrees outside. I’m wondering if anyone has any tips for cleaning in these conditions. Besides having to wait a really long time before rinsing and giving a wider margin at the top during rinsing to avoid drips it went really well.

Dirt on the glass needs to become ‘in solution’ so it can be removed.
Agitate the dirt into solution- any dirt left on the glass will not be removed by rinse.
Remove dirty water (in the case of water fed window cleaning, we use jet streams of de-mineralised water .
Hot and Cold temperatures don’t change these basics - but they do change the method to achieve them.
Mostly we change the total area of glass we are cleaning in each cycle - in prime conditions, you can clean 30-40 sq ft per agitate-rinse cycle … Under the worst conditions, maybe this is 3-4 sq ft …

The worst Conditions are windy it makes the water splatter of the walls and frames and spot the window. Cold in the winter sometimes very dry and it does dry fast
lets say here it in montreal it is -20F…there is no way it will work; is it possible; we ve worked it at about 14F or -10 C …it worked but the pole started to freeze…ice was forming…have to use a artificial hair brush not a boars hair cause the stick together and freeze…the other brushes resist way longer!!
