I have not done much research yet but was hoping to get some opinions on the use of wfp’s and pressure washing. I am almost 100% in commercial storefront right now. I have never used a wfp before and want to know how well it works on residential? Is it so simple that any Joe can operate it properly with a weeks practice? (ie. me) or is there a proper technique that must be learned through training and experience? If a wfp is very simple to use I could hire cleaners with little or no experience to clean the windows while I focus on marketing and sales? Also since I want to get into residential I know most wc’ers offer pw as an up sell. I have exp using a pw’er but have no exp pw’ing a house. Are there major reasons I should not pw houses without experience?

Use very little pressure when washing houses. Check out some other forums on Power washing such as ptstate.com
Yes, I agree with Ryanelgin. PT State rocks for pressure washing education like WCR rocks for window cleaning education.
