Simply put hydrophylic window glass. There are three ways this can be done. First the glass can be “deep cleaned” to remove all hydrocarbon pollution that makes glass hydrophobic. Second the windows can be treated with a reactive hydrophylic sealant (not a hydrophobic sealant). Third the rinse water can be injected with a superwetting surfactant that dramatically reduces the surface tension of the water causing it to spread out evenly. When all three of these solutions are implemented we will have attained the Holy Grail of WFP window cleaning. This is one of the themes of the Glass Smart Insider I have just now begun publishing. It is true that we can make more money if we can clean windows faster. You don’t do that working on hydrophobic glass!
