What level of growth are you expecting this year? Speaking revenue here?
I’ve greatly increased our advertising compared to previous years so I’m shooting for 20%. I think it’s reasonable.
I have done the same and pretty much will feel that I have failed big time if I don’t do 20% +++
Not sure…might be building a new WC company from scratch, or bulking up the existing one.
If I stay with the existing one, I’d like to see 30% revenue growth
So far I’m on the road to 20%. It’s hard when you’re a one-man-show. There’s only so much one person can do. Also, one has to look at some existing clients and realize that some of those you acquired when you first began need major price increases or drop them in the worst case scenario.
I’ve made as much in the last 2 weeks as I did in my best MONTH last year. About $5,000. If the weather wasn’t playing games around here I might be able to keep that up for a while.

this year has started off booming!
spring is cranking and now because of some great books, CFP’s, Kevin’s, some referral and networking books…i’m getting more work then I can handle. I’m looking at my schedule and wondering how me and my guy are going to finish it
This year is great for me too! This week I made 3200! This is not the norm for me either, but I do like it. I am concentrating on Commercial now being as it is bigger money for me and will be good even in the winter. If my contracts stay in place, I will have made 32% more this year…and that is with one getting fired and one quitting on me.
Got to agree w/you Brennan…ohio weather!!! But I did over $2000 last week in 3 days…rest of week raining…We busted our butts to do it…just me and 1employee…as of now I’m $4600.00 above last years figures at this same time…
Im also having a great year. The economy doesnt seem to be hurting my business. Im up over 50% this year over last. Im a 4 person operation so im very happy right now.
