Dude just put a different downstream injector on that dewalt. Not pulling soap is not something you need to take the machine to the dealer over.
The injectors on those dewalts are notoriously terrible. Just buy about five injectors from bob at pressure Tek and consider them disposable. When they stop pulling soap toss them out and put on a new one.

We have been doing that. We’ve had other issues like the machines chugging really hard, almost locking up when trying to start, etc
Over the years I have found that as you increase the length of your hose you lose the ability to draw soap from the pump.
I use 40 meters of hose (120 feet). I have a gun mounted venturi that draws soap, I use a 10 meter secondary hose from an enclosed 15L container.
sounds like either the engine and/or the pump needs an oil top up/change ,they are really really easy machines to take care of.
