270$ for work sunglasses. you are crazy. They do look good though
3 bucks
You could maybe write off business audio books.
Well at least they aren’t bright colors or showy
I have been through a few workmans safety glasses - great for bumps, but crap for vision. Best I ever got were from Walmart in Miami a couple of years back, they were “fishermans sunglasses” & I bought them because they said on the packet “high definition vision” they were great, but I only bought one pair. Sadly I seem to scratch the hell out of all them by scratching them on low roofs or leave them on top of the van or actually falling off when I’m working. I’m on cycling sunglasses now… not as good as the fishermans. I stock up on a few pairs at a time.
Revo polarized… idk the name of them but theyre awesome… like em so much i bought 2 pairs jus incase
Revo redpoint! Its written on them hahaa
Ray Ban rx sunglasses with the work such as polarized, anti-glare, light, scratch-resistance, UV protection, and more. Cost me a pretty penny, but worth the cost.
Oakley Flak Jackets as of recent. For the last 4 years Oakley Bottle-caps… I don’t plan on wearing anything else but Oakley. I would rather spend $150 and keep my eyes protected now then have issues later cause I was too cheap to buy a good pair of work sunglasses
Quoted for truth!
smith optics
I wear some pink ones, the customers love it. I wish I could get all my guys to wear weird sunglasses
Yeah, that’s what I thought till I found out who the companies were that made the sunglasses for the big names. Funnily enough I found this out when I got free sunglasses from Burger king a few years back - then googled the company that made them. They made the lenses for - versace, rayban, oakley etc.
Maybe the same thing as sneakers made in China. Air Jordans made in the same factory as Walmart house brand.
So many Oakley fans…Gatorz for me,various styles and coatings. Since they sold to overseas though…I’ve had a couple pairs with bad coatings, I don’t order from overseas, safety glasses USA has them, and it is a business expense. Just like working a ski lift in the snow, or working outside with glass reflecting on your face…eye protection is probably one of the most critical aspects of outdoor work.
I have Under Armor glasses i bought in Qatar a few years back and they are the lightest, most flexible, and scratch resistant ive ever seen. So very comfortable and light as hell. You can seriously twist on them and they wouldnt break, i actually stepped on them and just brushed them off and perfect. Those are for work. HOWEVER i do have my personal Oakely Bat Wolf( clear and blue ) for play.
How many of you whippersnapper’s had a sweet pair of Vaurnet Px skilynx…you weren’t cool if you didn’t…cat eyes. They are selling them as VINTAGE online…vintage freakin 70’s aren’t vintage…jerks.
I wore Vaurnet back in the day. loved them. I am just too cheap to buy expensive sunglasses anymore. $20 is too much. Lol
One site was selling a “vintage” pair of cat eyes for $245!
