Today for the first time ever, I was presented with a screen titled “What to do next” after paying for EDDM online. EDDM has been a part of what we do for a while now but in the early days, as in last year, it was like pulling teeth to figure out how to do it. Now, it’s all right there.
They have continually upgraded the Eddm tool on their website and streamlined the process. I found myself with everyone busy yesterday so I personally prepared 10,000 cards to send out. A couple of tools you may not realize you need. A dolly, big plastic storage boxes and industrial size bags of rubber bands.
