I bid 186. Which is a low price for me. Called homeowner with price and she thought it was high. In my area there a bunch of guys who would do the same job for 100 . That is why I don’t do a lot of homes I stick to big commercial jobs in my area

I would bid $250 inside and out and $180 outside only. But since it’s only a 1 story home I would go a little less if the client was to try and negotiate.
