I’m looking at setting up a simple IRA matching for my employees and myself. I was wondering if any of you guys do this and if you go through a local investment firm or if your using an online company such as vanguard or fidelity? I’ve been looking at vanguard and fidelity and they seem pretty similar, has anyone had experience with them? love hate or about the same thing?

so, worth the $25 per account fee? I noticed that some of the other companies dont charge that.
