Yeah, thanks for reminding me: salespeople do need a base. I have all my ideas written down somewhere but forgot to post that. Some people give a $250 base so that the salesperson has a minimum income every week.
Like I said, I’m still thinking about all this so I’m not really sure what’s going to work. I do know what doesn’t seem work.
