Who offers 30% off?

I always offered discounts, well not really! If I got the sense they would want a discount, I overbid the job then if needed discount back to what the price should be. Why do I want to do a job at a discounted rate and grumble about it the entire time? I am good at what I do, I believe in what I offer to the customer is fairly priced for me and them, I’ve invested a lot of time and money in myself to perfect my craft and I provide a service that they don’t want to do…or the wife doesn’t want to wait for her husband to do and knows he won’t do a good job.
I guarantee my clients that I will exceed their expectations. How? By making sure that the windows are 100%. And, I always find some value added service to do for free, be it fixing a screen that the cord has come out. Offering to change a burned out bulb they cannot reach, smoke detector battery, clean a mirror or two. It can be anything and then, I let them know.
