Google it, and research
Thanks you for the kind words, I’m glad everything is going well so far.
Google maps is tricky to manipulate. however 2 things that I do know that they look at is the NUMBER of reviews you have (not quality of reviews), and how close you are to the geographic center of the city your being searched.
Take a look at my site and let’s talk. You’re gonna have to call me because your phone doesn’t like me.
Brother Curt, I have time tomorrow, I’ll give you a shout and see if you’re free too. Sorry, I’ve been wanting to call you for a while, my life has just been crazy especially the last month or so.

Strange…Doug let me know what you think about what we talked about.
I’ll kick it with ya Tory just let me know when!
I know most every thing “The Legend” knows, I can do the work for $999 and you can do some of the work. Or I can spill the beans for $499 with instructions on how to do it all yourself, including the secret to the Google local listings.
I worked for 4 years as a graphic designer and web developer.
If you are interested I’ll hook you up just send me an email. I have unlimited openings. Unless you live in the San Diego Area then I’m all booked up.
I’m also willing to trade secrets for secrets.
Could you provide some sources or statistics? I would think Google and other search engines wouldn’t put so much energy into optimizing local results if most people were not paying attention to them.
How come squeakycleansd.com does not come up on the first page for “San Diego window cleaning” or “window cleaning san diego” ???
perhaps you should put some of that knowledge to use on your own site?
Honest question.
I know one of the things you do is include city names in your title.
heres an example:
google: “rancho santa fe window cleaning”
2 listings come up for you:
Squeaky Clean Window Washing Solana Beach
AND
Squeaky Clean Window Washing Del Mar CA
I personally know someone who was slapped by google for doing this. Just a friendly FYI. I used to do this too, but deleted those listings before I got reported. not worth it in my opinion.
Are you talking about local listings?
Yeah, I think he has a listing for just about every city in North County, which is fine, infact I used to do the same thing, however I deleted all of my listings that have city names in them after a friend in another industry was penalized for the doing this.
It’s better to play it safe in my opinion. It does work, just not sure how it’ll play out in the long run. Once you **** google off it can be really hard to recover (so I here anyway)
