Nice site. What kind of roof cleaning do you do, Soft wash or pressure? Is the picture of the snow plow yours? I always wanted to try snow plowing. I think I might start with snow blowing for high end clients who have long walkways that are inaccessible to plows.
We do resi snow removal in the same way(for high end clients, sidewalks and driveways mostly)… Keep in mind before you jump into it, it is a BIACH. period. Waking up at 4 in the morning to get to the mountains and clear off their drive way in a hurry so they can get to work. All while its -2 outside. And then you have 10 accounts to service, all within an 1-2 hour period.
Good money, but god it’s a hassle. I actually only did 1-2 jobs myself last year, cause I hate it so much.

Thanks for sharing your experience/perspective on the snow removal. 4 am, wow that’s early. I guess everyone wants their driveways done before they go to work. Almost like a paper delivery route!
No pressure washing is the way to go, it’s slot easier to market, and your not going to ruin anyone’s roof. Diluted bleach 2 to 1. I’m actually just getting into snow removal myself. I have a 08 silvarado, about to buy my first plow, and 3 crews of guys to shovel and slow blow (with transportation of course). I’m thinking residential is the place to start.
