Window washing alone will not remove hard water stains right?

So what you are telling us is that Armour All removes hard water deposits? The rest of your sentence and grammar is a tad hard to follow.
You cleaned the windows for free, then cleaned the hard water deposits for free with Armour All?

What I’m telling you is she was charged for the window washing but not the stain removal.

The grammar is because of good old technology giving ya suggestions on what to write.

It’s made by armour all. The customer said it’s for car windows. Since all these conversations she just apologized for all the rudeness and realized that other than the window that had hard water stains on it were between the panes of glass which I explained that to her in the beginning. Thanks for everyone’s thoughts and suggestions.

Thank you,

People at times don’t understand at first that in between panes can often be the issue. Glad that you got that worked out with her.

But back to the Armour All; We all here look for the next best thing to remove hard water stains and mineral deposits from glass. Your experience with Armour All intrigues me. Do you remember what the product from Armour All was? And how did you apply it so that it came right off?

yes me too, tell us what Armour All product it was…you see we are window cleaners, you cant come on here an nonchalantly say that took care of the water stains like, supper easy. we all want to know what this Armour All you speak of is!!!

It’s armour all glass cleaner at auto zone. I sprayed it on the glass and used my microfiber T-bar, squeegeed.

Just to let you know, that if the armour all glass cleaner from autozone took off the " " hard water stains, it wasn’t hard water stains.

Im just offering a suggestion to you, try using a white scrubby pad after you wet down the window then squeegee the glass.

Hope this help you for future jobs.

Perhaps an over spray of some sort, but not hard water mineral deposits if Armour All cleared it up.

There is something wrong with your cleaning solution if the homeowner can use Windex to do a better job than you.

I’ve never had a problem before. I have had only good results and good ratings. Why wouldn’t my water fed pole remove it this time?

We do not really know what “it” is that your WFP would not remove this time and what it did remove last time.

You speak of hard water deposits and staining that comes off with simply wiping with Armour All; that is not hard water deposits my friend.

So unless you can try to identify what “it” is or snap some pictures to help us identify what “it” is, we are reduced to guessing at how the magic of Armour All saved the day.

No big deal guys. I got it resolved. I didn’t mean for big discussion to go on about this. When the only thing was her version of what clean meant and that of professional window cleaning. She got the point after someone suggested what you get at a car wash and what the car wash does not remove would be an Xtra charge.
