I’m sorry to hear about your delay with your new pole. I would love to take the opportunity to give you an overwhelming amount of facts about the Xero Micro and WCR that can make your decision to transition from the other brand to Xero a no brainer.
Head over to the site where you purchased the Mini. Scroll to the bottom of the page and read up on the fine print concerning the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. They will basically tell you the following: We don’t accept returns, we are keeping your money, good luck to bro… seriously.
Warranty: Xero poles offer the best warranty in the entire window cleaning industry. If there is an issue with a clamp, pole tip, or an entire carbon fiber section, we simply replace it and replace it fast and at no cost to you. And we don’t need or want the broken product back.
Stock IN the USA: We are stocked like no other supplier, I promise you that. We have more water fed poles than every supplier combined and we have warranty stock, check around and you will see that others do not have stock, and do not have stock of replacement sections. When a site says “Usually ships in 2-3 days” that means they don’t have what you need and they don’t know when they will have it.
The Micro Basic: The Micro is a true 30’ when extended and it will collapse down to only 53". You can remove every section of the Micro allowing you to shed the unnecessary weight and only use exactly how much pole you need for the job. You can also add onto the Micro bringing it to 40’ or 50’
Materials: The Micro comes in two different carbon fiber blends, Basic carbon fiber and Ultra High Mod. For residential cleaning at a max of 30’, the Basic is more than enough, the short sections help the Micro retain extreme rigidity.
Shipping: As stated above, we have the most water fed poles in stock. When you order anything from WCR before 4:55pm east coast time, it will ship the very same day and if its over $49, it ships free. All carriers are in trouble these days and just last week, we reshipped two water fed poles to two different customers who’s orders were just eaten by the system. We may get those poles back from FedEx, we may not, but the customer will receive their order.
FEdex and UPS have been losing items on me left and right, most recently a 140 lb box with half a desk in it lol. That being said, if I order from WCR, I ALWAYS have the items within 24 hours. Amazon can suck it in that department.
Well, all I can say is that I’m disappointed in myself. I should have done more research before pulling the trigger. I really wanted to try the Xero Micro but my stepdad said all his stuff is Reach-it so he thought it wouldn’t work.
Well after looking around I realized it could work after purchasing it. Now my order is finally on its way shipping. I still would rather have the Xero pole which I’m probably going to end up getting anyway. If we can’t return the Reach-it pole I guess we will try and sell it for cheap.
Little story, about the point in time I purchased my reachitpro.
I boasted about how indestructable is was (the videos of people standing on the raised sections (those who were around at the time know what I mean)
It came delivered with half the sections shattered (now I DO believe this was caused in shipping/heavy loader type thing, so I have ZERO issue with the fact) - but my crew had a good laugh.
WCR was on the phone with me (sorry I cant give credit to the girls name, its been years), and busted their ass to make sure I got a replacement, by the time I needed it (came on a Thursday, I needed it by weekend, the new one was there by Saturday.)
The issue was in NO/ZERO/NONE/NOT their fault… but they saved my ass on the job!

I’m showing my age, but I honestly remember the day Perry first posted in this forum, many of us thought it was spam, because it was posted in Chinese language.
The some realized that he was there to promote his products, and he became a reasonably good member.
Now I cant even get that f*cker to answer a on site ‘live chat’, or ‘email us’ which I simply want to purchase “End Defenders” for my pole.

Well, they had the Micro on sale with a free extension pole. I had that in my cart for a couple of days but I wanted to wait til this Reachshit thing panned out. I still haven’t received it and I’ve been waiting since Monday. This morning I was going to say screw it and get the Micro.
Well, of course, the sale stopped so for shits n giggles I emailed and asked about it. Much to my surprised I get an email from SteveO and asked to call him.
So we chatted for a few minutes and said He couldn’t honor the sale but he told me once I get the Reachit pole to call him and send the pole to WCR. They will trade it in for me towards one of their poles. So I’ll be trading it in on the Destroyer and be done with it.
I appreciate everyone’s help and information! First experience with WCR and I’m pleased.
selling it for cheap would be a bad decision imho. the fact is it can make you tons of money regardless of company reputation. use it to make money. as you need more poles do your research and buy the ones that will fit your needs at the time. doing research means checking many sources not just 1 or 2. there are many members on this one forum and they have many different favourite poles.
They are giving me full amount for it, and we already have 2 Mini’s we are using. I want to try the Destroyer for rigidity purposes and to show my stepdad side by side comparison.
