I am removing some window paint today from windows that have had the paint on then for 15-20 years, almost as long as I’ve been alive, I remember seeing them there when I was a kid! Anyway, not sure what kind of paint it is, but it is rock hard! A razor barely touched it, and it slowly slowly came off in the form of thousands of little fibers. Very strange. What is the best chemical to use that is safe on glass and what would be proper application?
Get a foaming cleaner like spray way and let it soak into the paint then razor.
