hey guys and girls. i have a secriouse question. I have a 30 gallon water tank and would like to know if i make a batch of softwash mix how far would it take me. will it do several houses or a couple. also what would the ratio be of SH and water? your help would be very much appreciuated.

I’ll let the more experienced members chime in on your question regarding mix. As far as how far it will get you, it will depend on the size of your home you’re working on. I would think 2 homes tops, w/ the size home I typically wash.
Also, you may get more replies if you post your threads in the appropriate subforum from now on (this one is in Residential Window Cleaning, but should be in Power Washing).
I use usually downstream around 5 gallons for a typical house washing job. So you could easily wash 5-6 homes with 30 gallons of mix.
The mix ratios will depend greatly on the GPM of your machine and the draw of the injector you’re using.
Yes approx 5 gallons of mix for a typical house. But really why not mix as needed? Unless you plan on doing 5 house washes per day. If you are using 12% SH you should be able to get by with a 50/50 mix - you can always heat it up of needed.
im getting ready to do a large commercial building AND i just want to make sure I can us that. I have a 3000PW at 4gpm. i wanted to know the ration. I dont want to make it to strong. I figured 8gallons of Sh and the rest water and 16oz of Simple cherry. what do you think?
