Anyone have a 4x6 postcard design that targets new homeowners? There are postcards targeting people selling their homes and I could have our graphics company edit the heck out of it but wanted to see if anyone has one they are willing to share. Thanks.
This is what I use. But we hit them every other week in the first and second month, with a hello letter, this postcard, a special offer letter, why haven’t we heard from you postcard/letter, and then a door knock. Most people that want service call after the postcard.
