6 story cleaning qoute my first day on google, HELP

huh, I don’t understand?
Maybe with a tow-able lift, anything over 3-4 stories you want a REAL knuckle boom to do most window cleaning work, I never use a tow-able lift, I’m not paying for it for starters this cost is 110% passed on to the customer(10% for me arranging it)
I would get the lift with enough height with the easiest of use depending on the surface, a 4x4 lift maybe required.
I see so many guys hiring the cheapest nastiest lift they can, why, get the best lift you can if the customer doesn’t want to pay for it let a bob do it for peanuts, there are times you have to be prepared to walk on a job for safety sake.

I greatly appreciate most of the replies from you guys.
I ended up passing on the job as someone came in and bid the tower and another hundred Windows for 500$! That I couldn’t do.

Ridiculous. I bet they had a 65’ wfp with duct tape holding the clamps together.

If you have a solid wfp setup and want to make money, walk into the owners and property management companies that keep the glass looking good and do mid-rise.

That being said, it will still be a bid war. Shoot for local companies, and tell them that you are local.

I am thinking about taking a week or so and doing door to door meet and greets with my card and flyer. We have a lot of lake homes and elderly here. Has anyone had any luck with something like that for advertising? Let me know if I should start a new thread or if maybe there's one on the subject already.

What works best for ya’lls advertising strategy?
