Just used my new 60ft Simpole. Its really light and easy to handle. The pencil jets are awesome. I would recommend this pole to everybody. I bought through WCR but I am able to call Phil the owner of Simpole with questions and he always returns my calls even on Sunday. The pole is awesome and so is the customer service after the sale. I am not new to the world of water fed poles I have been using them since 1996. I f anyone has any questions I will be happy to answer them.

Oh I know, you guys have the absolute best customer service and product knowledge of any window cleaning supplier. I wont name any names but the other suppliers have no clue, they are just order takers. I will recommend WCR to everyone.
