A key for opening water spigots on buildings exterior?

Hey everyone, great website

I am looking for the small metal T-shaped tool for accessing water sources at some commercial jobs. The staff members at a Home Depot understood the tool I described, but they do not carry the item.

+1 i find those 4 key lock never work as good as a vice grip.

Yeah; HD has them for about $9 (just bought another backup their last week.). They’re in the irrigation/plumbing section.
