A whole lotta gutters!

Yeah, We’re doing great too. Gutters have been AMAZING, along with the WCR postcards we sent out(first run for most, too)
I love gutters, I know I’ve said it before, but it is such great money. Been charging top dollar and getting it. We started cleaning gutters the beginning of this month(the bulk, anyways) and will continue as long as the weather is nice. We haven’t had time for windows hardly, or anything else for that matter, other than breathing and smiling…

It is AMAZING what I can charge for gutter cleaning. And they don’t mind paying it. I create value for my clients, and not only that I UPSELL BABY. Our gutter whitening is pretty much done for the year but 9 out of ten times I can talk the customer into atleast having me clean the upper glass.

I set up a web page for local gutters, and designed a flier as an “oh crap” back up plan in case the window season didn’t kick off (was looking a bit dicey for a bit there).

Didn’t need it  All windows, all the time! If the calls keep up I’ll be booked solid til the end of the season by the end of the week WOO HOO!

O Chris, it’s such better money! Good for you tho, on the windows. We’ve been bidding windows high to avoid conflict with gutters. And still booking jobs, lol. I booked one window job today for " A nice day in January", obviously following up with that one.

I still am adding to my wait list almost as fast as I get the jobs done. I did three gutter cleaning jobs today along with two GutterStuffPro bids. Closed one for GutterStuffPro and one for gutter cleaning only. That makes 10 GutterStuffPro jobs since Oct. GutterStuffPro gutter foam is to gutters what a Water Fed Pole is to windows. About as easy as it gets and real good money.

you guys are killing me.

Gutter Cleaning and maintenance is a necessity, not a luxury. Home owners sitting in their kitchen having coffee and watching Niagra Falls cascading over their bay window due to clogged gutters and downspouts have an urgent need. We respond quickly to those needs.
We are having a record breaking year in the sale of gutter maintenance.

We raised our prices $1 per foot - we are charging $2 per foot. Doubling our price from last year, going up $30 on our minimum is making a big difference. We don’t need volume anymore, we need the right clients who see value in our service. It lightens our days while making them more profitable. Last year we would do $1000 per crew day gutter cleaning - now we’re doing $2000 per crew day for gutter cleaning. HUGE difference. Guy’s aren’t rushing, flushing everything, making small repairs etc and giving a small report to the homeowner on the condition of their gutters to add value instead of rushing to get to their next job because I’m calling yelling at them to go faster.

Im not sure if any of you WCRA members tried this card here:

Available free of charge here:

Gutter Cleaning Card Small WCRA - Business

But it looks like this will end up being our highest grossing card ever. When all is said and done t should hit 300k in revenue… Beating out the cheap cheap card wich I think hit 275k

I will be sending out a newer version of this next week, with a new saying and altered colors… To squeak a little bit more in at the very end… That will be up for download by weeks end.

Good to hear you raised prices… We just raised ours today actually…
