I’ve got this job comming up where the customer who has been living in her “new home” for two years now wants to get the trims around her windows cleaned. In NE. Ohio where the seasons radically change, can this new construction goo be removed? And how?? :o
Thanks LinO
You need to identify the goo first. Is it silicone? Some talcum powder and bronze wool will remove it fairly efficiently. Are the window frames vinyl or wood? If they are stained wood you could be dealing w/ a recent overspray issue. A scraper is the best way to get that off. (Remember a waiver for tempered glass)
Thanks and thanks. By the way, is there a prepared form available somewhere or is this something that I should construct myself? Oh yea, and can rookies come to Iowa of is this a seasoned vet. only event.

The Fabrication Debris page on the homepage has a link to the IWCA waiver. The business download section has a few others. Just make sure to have it looked over by an attorney in your area to make sure it covers you.
As for the event it’s open to everyone and we’d be happy to see you there. If you are definitely coming just let me know.
