Active Shooter Mitigation Filament

I had a bid in on a city library; the director called to accept the bid but had a question regarding an active shooter mitigation filament they have on their interior glass and if that would change our cleaning process or bid.

Curious if anyone else has come across this? Is there anything special to cleaning it other than avoiding abrasives?

I would find out who the manufacturer is and call them. Then get a waiver, as that would be expensive to replace!
