I wouldn’t hire anyone with “gang” related tattoos, but that just me.
honestly/bluntly, I judge people with tattoos. I dont meant too, I know tons of people with them that have them including all of my friends and girlfriend, but I just don’t think a professional should have one. I’d definitely cover it up, and if they happen to see it after its covered its nice to know you at least tried to cover it up.
Just got my 1st tattoo 2 weeks ago. All outlined for now will be colored in over July 4th weekend. Can’t wait.

Im the same too. Im only judgemental when it would come to having them (a worker) in my home I guess. It really depends on what it is too. Any armed forces or a tribute to a family member I can see. I guess its a matter of how comfortable you are in your own skin and if you just dont care. To me, scars are better tattoos with better stories. 
I have enough of them from my years of dirt bike riding.
