I took a test on the internet that supposedly determines your real age based on diet, exercise, and a few other variables that you supply. I got my response and it said - chronological age 40 real age 52. I need to go lay down!:eek:

The test took way too long, but apparently I’m 31.9. About 3 yrs younger.
Wow that did take long. I turn 32 this Friday and it says my real age is 24.3
That is kinda surprising… I am pretty hard on my body.
Man am I bummed. I guess it’s all the car wrecks I’ve been a little hard on my body.
OK, I’m 61, been cleaning 18 years - work with my grandson, he’s 19 - feeling gooood!!
