I think I’m going to ask the manager what he thinks if I use my WFP for these insides. I mean it’s just water. Nothing , but windows An tile floor that will get wet
Is this nuts ? , but man if I could water fed it that would be sweet. Do one plate clean up the mess do another clean the mess…
Save me a lot of ladder work 5 piece ladder work
I’m thinkimg why not what’s is the big deal the guy will prob say no dice , but I want to see how bad the water will be .
Would any of you do it if he says go for it, I could careless about asking if he says no then it’s no.
Maybe I’ll wait a little while get to know him first. Do it the first few times then hit him with the “ Hey listen I jace another way of doing this a safer way requires a little water though” . Haaaa lol
Yes I think you can do safe work of WFP inside . just make sure you have a quick stop connection on the hose so you can quickly turn off the water when moving around and save you some moping .
Second you will need helper with mop to just work around you and squeeze the water from a mop back in a bucket then trow outside that messy bucket and on and on
Just explain whoever is in charge that is safer and better quality result that’s all don’t give them a chance to say no . simply say that’s how we will do to get better results .
ive done it, but it wasnt a dealership, it was a fouyer /entry way to a large building.i built a wall to hold in all the water, mopped it up of course but there really wasnt that much… worked like a charm.
i have a portable tank syatem so i was able to lock myself inside the building-safer. (in other words, there was no hose holding the door open coming from my van)
It had concrete floors. So we came in super early before opening and set up moving blankets to catch majority of water then floor squeegee out the door then mopped up.
Worked great left my 5/16” hose connection loose at 3/8” hose so I could kink hose and not worry about pressure building to high with my pump
I was just thinking that I’ll get that. Get ther super early it will be done before they open
I’m doing it that way. Made up my mind already.
I just ordered the univalve so that should help
Just remember I told you that you’re crazy, I do car dealerships on a monthly basis similar to yours. I would never take a pole on the insides, just because of all the cars in the way, big liability, especially when the cars are corvettes like mine. I ladder up on mine and they love watching it get done clean and professionally. As long as ladders don’t bother you it should be a breeze.
Lol Then a ladder shouldn’t be an issue. The dealerships i do love the fact that i can go in and get it done without having them move anything for me. They love it so much they pay on the spot and most times tip really well.
Ladders don’t bother me. I’m not crazy about 5 piece ladder work though.
This makes sense though I don’t see anything that could get ruined.
I’m waiting for a good reason not to thiugh im all ears.
