No, it’s definitely not too late for the midwest. You’ve still got all of October & November, especially for gutters.
I just got mine today 
Well be doing them weekly up to the 3d week in December
67 work days til Christmas Eve, I’ll be banging it out as hard as I can til then 
By the way, October 8th I have a day gig in Andover and a night gig in Binghampton, I may swing by and re-up my supplies if you guys are around

People in the early spring are thinking how nice it would be to have clean windows all through summer… People in the fall are thinking how nice it would be to have clean windows for Christmas. My last window cleaning job last year was in early December with 4’ of snow on the ground and below freezing temps. There was more alcohol than water in my bucket LOL.
There’s always gutter cleaning and holiday light installation. I started these add-on services this year to weather the seasons a little better. So far lots of gutter cleaning, some window cleaning, and no light hanging yet. I plan on doing some free window cleaning to local shops downtown in exchange for letting me put up a little Christmas tree card holder for my holiday light hanging add-on.
I’m still doing steady window cleaning work though. Almost all of them are people trying to sell their house though.
