Anotha funny one. Guy calls wanting windows cleaned. Starts listing the windows types and the quantity. Turns out he’s Ukrainian like me so we hit it off and started speaking it. I tell him 750.
He’s like ok and that he can only pay 6 in cash. I’m like 6 what, 600? I couldn’t understand what he meant and he kept repeating himself. He’s like you said $7.50 per window, I’ll pay $6 per window in cash. I almost burst out laughing 
. I said naaaah I meant $750 for the whole job

Oh man. I do very little flatwork, and way undersold myself on a pool deck I did yesterday. $150 for what ended up taking me nearly as long as the $525 house wash, lol. It was grungy and bigger than anticipated. (Oh, and I ran their well dry despite bringing my 500 gallon water trailer to supplement. They weren’t worried since it’s always recovered quickly for them in the past 
)
Was the house wash same house ?
I did a house, deck, fence, some furniture, and lots of pavers in a day of washing.
It took me almost as long if not longer just to sand the damn pavers !

Yeah, same house. So overall can’t complain. Just shot myself in the foot a bit on the flatwork.
