Here’s a pic of a commercial job we do regularly. This pic was taken after the window was just cleaned. As you can see, there is somewhat of a film on the glass surface. You can even see the suction cup marks from installation. I have cleaned this piece of glass at least five times in the past few years yet the haze remains. Any idea what this is?

It’s not between the panes. It’s on the #4 surface.
Could it be under a laminate coating.
No, it’s on the surface. It just doesn’t come off with solutions and squeegees.
What chemicals have you try so far?
hmmmm,is that paint drops or bird doodoo?
