Kroger dropped our service 2 years ago.From the looks of the stores in my area they are not done. So you say they are going with a national company now? Bid high as they have lots of obstacles that change with seasons and signs to remove,

We put in bid in for 36 krogers through servurite. It was about 3 months ago and still no word. I heard that servurite didnt even have the kroger contract yet. I was told that they were working on getting the Kroger contact.
My bid was for Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing.
They just called me about bidding the one here.

Thats interesting. My past employer back in Indiana lost 12 Kroger/Scotts stores about the same time. Last time I checked in, nobody has serviced the windows since.
My friend in Jackson TN is doing the Krogers for them. He just got the bid this last month. He send me the bid form and I tried for the stores in my area but did not here back.
As far as I know Servurite doesn’t have the contract unless it is split into several companies. I’ve been servicing these stores for not quite a year yet, but was told that the company I’m working for had the contract for 2 years. Of course there always seems to be an out. I just let some stores go but service about 25 of them currently. PM me if you need any more info.
Our Dillon’s/Kroger stores we do have maintained service through the managers. We get payment usually in about 30-40days.
