Anyone ever use this? www.tsheets.com ?
Is this the Holy Grail @c_wininger?
I would really like to know if anyone has any honest feedback.
If you don’t want to say openly, feel free to PM me… I just think this is cool and has features galore.
I have a consulting client that is in the service industry. Different sub-niche completely, but still an in home service provider in a MUCH more competitive industry marketing and business development wise. Also in a hyper competitive geo-target. They are using this as back up to make sure their techs don’t do anything stupid while on the job.
There are features galore… Anyone used this?
checked it out. looks great. i’m looking at toggl too. i think simplicity for the field techs is key, that’s why toggl is looking good to me.
last season we used myTimeStation. works good and is free for up to 10 users i think, but pretty barebones.
Haven’t checked out Toggl yet.
I know someone using tsheets in their service company. Non window cleaning related.
They have a similar CRM as HCP that has Geo Tracking of vehicles.
They use Tsheets because it double checks what the CRM is saying to thier ACTUAL location. If it doesn’t sync right? Someone getting the HAMMER!
Did you ever use jobber’s time sheets? They push over to qbo too. Haven’t used myself, just curious as I’m bringing on help this year (I think - I hate california).
no, i don’t think that feature was implemented yet when i used it.
with toggl you can run up to 5 team members for free, larger than that then you upgrade to pro for $5 per user per month and you also get added features. Its definitely worth a look.
i was comparing them brandon, and if you are going to end up paying for time tracking either way (more than 5 users), tsheets seems a lot more feature packed for a similar cost. i’m going to trial both and see which one sticks.

I’ve used it. Still use it. It syncs with quickbooks seamlessly and now I know how long i’ve spent on each job site. Makes it easy for future scheduling and getting exact times if you pay your employees on percentage.
I see that Jobber is now offering the same thing with even more benefits so I may look into that instead. #toomuchtechnology #overwhelming

One of my marketing team members asked me why we don’t use toggl. Its popular in the digital media vertical.
I use Hubstaff in that arena. But I have different motives. It does screen shots of their computer couple of minutes. Also it tracks the amount of mouse movements and keyboard strokes.
I can tell if someone is just sitting there and moving the mouse while they do something else in Team Viewer so it doesn’t take the screenshot. Grrrrr…
My guys think they are smart. They just don’t know how capable of a hustler I am. I can reverse engineer most any hustle. From Park Place to Park Bench. I know what to look for. Like I said in another post. I am a protector of sorts.
Nice…
What features are jobber offering above what Tsheets does?
I know Tsheets has added a few more features but they’re primarily time tracking. They sync with Quickbooks which is why I started using them. Jobber offers the same feature (two way syncing with quickbooks) as well as a few others but it looks like they’re trying to be an all in one CRM / Accounting / Time tracking software. I like some of Jobbers features but it’s not what I need.
