I clean six of them. Four are owned by one couple and the other two are owned by two other people (one each). The Subway corporation sends out inspectors so the owners seem to be clean conscience. My sister & brother-in-law also opened up a restaurant (Coney Island) and greasy hand prints from the kids are the main challenge. It seem that the closer the tables are to the windows, the more clean up needed (not including a food fight:) Since they were new, I gave them a pretty good break on the price.
My brother in law did two of them…that is until the owner told him that Fish would now be doing them for half of his price.
how much is super tight budget…What can you charge a Subway per window interrior and out in your state?
We do a few Subways also. The profits are lower, they do not pay much. But they have them done
every two weeks so if the Subway is in an area you will be in often I think it is totally worth it. Cash out
of register is also something I consider when the budgets are super tight.
