Aqua-dapter = uni-valve?

Was looking to purchase the Aqua-dapter. is the uni-valve here the same thing???

how would I know if I need to get the 7-9mm or 9-11mm?

It is the newest type of valve from Aquadapter. I think they changed there name but this replaces Aquadater

You need 7-9mm which is 5/16 OD hose
