Better Business Bureau

the only reason i joined was to get a discount on workers comp, was suggested by my accountant. I have an a+ rating but im sure im the ONLY one who has checked that out.

don’t know for sure, but I bet that’s how they found out who it was.
I remember them looking through the jobs on the computer for the name. then they asked for the address and still didn’t find it in the system.
so I’m sure it was easy for them to clear up. but this kind of thing probably takes months to clear up.

I had a customer, oddly enough, to call because I hadnt returned her call in a few days. The bureau contacted me right away and I called her to schedule (this happened because the office girl was on vacation that week). I believe that the BBB must do an investigation on any allegations on any person filing a claim against a company. It would be just silly to take one persons side on things. Im guessing that your former employer didnt return phone calls to the BBB or something along those lines. There is an arbitration process that both sides state their version of how things went.

Failure to return calls to them can result in getting an unsatifactory mark against your company.
