Big 5 personality types [short quiz link]

So, I’ve been watching a bunch of Jordan Peterson videos, he’s a clinical psychologist that’s just inspirational for example his videos where he discusses how to make anxiety go away which is by doing what makes you anxious eg calling/talking to people and not avoiding the anxious idea.

I would say my conscientiousness is a much more “chaotic order”, I remember in high/middle school where the other guys had papers all crumbled in their backpacks and their lockers were almost impossible to shut, whereas I had my books stacked nice and neat for efficiency, and the chaotic part was where my papers were stacked together.

P.s my score likely changes with my moods, because I’ve taken this test 4-5 times over a week and have gotten different results

High, high, average, average, average…LOL …this better not be a spam bot Aldreth. Was reading an article last week. “Depression is dwelling on the past, Anxiety is fear of the future”. The first you can do nothing about, move on. The second you have no control over so just do what you need to do and let the cards fall where they will.

Dunno if it’s a spam bot, didn’t bother putting email in and as far as they know I’m some female named Yrewgsv born in 1932. Peterson says that anxiety is something we’re afraid to do because we don’t know how to do it(paraphrasing), like my problem of talking on the phone with people, now that I’ve had to face my fear it doesn’t really bother me all that much.

Nobody else got high functioning sociopath?

I also dont like answering the phone. I use an answering service and call them back on my terms. Email is preffered and my repeat clients all know that.
