If he says people don’t help here it’s just proof he has never read any old threads, or tried to search for stuff himself. I’m starting to think JCsoftwash does what he does for a reason.

We try to help anyone that needs it here, just take time to do a little leg work and if you cant find the answer please ask a question
because if its not in the search function it probably needs to be discussed at some point…but that said with how many post there have been
since the forum was started I think most thing have been covered.
I was thinking about this , and I do both ,or just one , or combination of the both.
The truth is it really don’t matter it all comes down to what your making per hour, or what you need to make per .
For residential if you give your gold package as a price , or your basic package weather your licking the windows clean breaking out the Q-tips you should be at the same hourly wage if your efficient an a pro you will make a good hourly rate a rate that keeps you profitable no matter what the customer wants .
If your breaking out the Q-tips buffing up those frames getting all those cob webs whatever ,and-not making what you want per hour there is s problem. JMO.
What your doing for them is always written in the estimate. Even if it’s discussed , because trust me there will always be someone that signs off in the basic , an says don’t you wipe these frames down, or don’t you clean these Mullins. Isn’t that part of it.

All windows cleaned in/out screens cleaned and sills wiped down. Doesn’t say Mullins cleaned tracks vacuumed cobwebs removed.getting in those corners with a q-tip
That would be the gold package, and that’s just a little more “MONEY”

I myself just give a price to include all that minus q-tip treatment. Mine is more track brush, wet rag and fingers treatment. It works for me.
On the contrary, it’s nits at nats on the dingle bag. If we could just angle the it’s nay from the icksnay maybe might finally bring together all the dummies from the dicksnay. If you can read this sideways and crooked we ARE on the same page…
