Just out of curiosity what would you say your biggest or top 3 biggest problems are in your business?
I’ve been struggeling to find/retain good help. All but gave up. Gonna try again next year

Luckily I have the opposite problem than most… have awesome technicians but can’t find enough work.

Are they full-time part-time, benefits?
Did you train them from no experience?
Full-time. Never hired anyone experienced so we trained them all. Benefits are PTO after 90-days, paid holidays, year-end bonus. Exploring offering dental insurance next year.
