Earlier this year BlackDiamond Squeegee changed official distributor from Reach-IT to WCR.
This was a very successful transition and we now have true same day shipping, professional customer service and not least a fantastic crew behind our US sales and distribution.
We did at the time of change make an agreement that Reach-IT could sell what they had left of inventory and an agreement of terms where set up. Unfortunately Reach-IT have not kept their part of the deal and also not been in compliance with the usage of our trademark.
I therefor feel that it is necessary to point out that we can no longer support sales done through Reach-IT and only recommend our customers to use the official distribution channel for USA which is Window Cleaning Resource.
I am truly sorry that it has come to this point but I have tried for a long time to make Reach-IT understand that the agreement was there for a reason, but with no luck.
