So I just got my first boat & went with a wcra drip guard that slips on the bottom… Great product, yet the drip guard rendered the leg strap / tie off useless. A quick tiny punch with a screwdriver remedied the situation. Now everything is perfect! wonder if wcra has ever thought of popping a tiny grommet in the bottom of these for the tie off?
Wish I had a boat & a wcra drip guard for pulling it outta the lake too… Maybe spell check isn’t all it’s cracked up to be
I thought you got a great deal!!! LOL…got to love spellllll check.
Oh…That’s great!
You’ll eventually toss that tie off. Probably after the first time you squat down and your water dumps all over your clients white carpet.

I have noticed squatting does create a problem lol. As for the white carpet I have already formulated a plan to blame it on their cat - It’s a pretty airtight and foolproof argument.
Anyway not 100% of the time - but I’ve pretty much ditched the boab for most of my interior work after getting a unger speed clean. That thing is a beast. I like the fact that while I am still in my rookie year and I still drip like a sunny day in Seattle - it reduces me taking water inside
@Bunkerboot. A little off subject, but what do you use for cleaning solution with the Unger Speed Clean? I just got one and would like to know what everyone else uses.
tap water Right???
me thinks he knows the answer
Distilled water with a lil bit of denatured alcohol, I bought the newer style green pads (forget what they are called) that go on the speed clean too - well worth the investment.
Well the real secret is that I am using orange soda & grey goose, smells great and leaves an orange tint which reflects sunlight.
Now that’s funny stuff right there! On a not so serious note, how do you like the green polishing pads? I found that they stick to the glass real quick even after I thought I was done cleaning it real good. Wow! No theres some correct English if I ever saw some. Too lazy to delete it.
