Broken Tile Roof

Customer claims I cracked 5 cement roof tiles after I cleaned her windows. I did not notice any previous cracks nor did I crack any tiles (that I am aware of). She called me three hours after I left her home. Plan on returning to the house tomorrow to see the broken tiles in question.

How would you guys remedy this situation?

A. Tell her I did not crack any tiles while on her roof and refuse to pay or perform repair.

B. Provide my labor at no charge to replace tiles but have her provide the tiles.

C. Provide my labor and provide the tiles at my expense.

If you get a tile bar, it only takes about 10 minutes to fix them
