Found this one in the hardware store as it say, it is a Tile & Grout Brush.
Would loosen the rubbish in the track.
Or you could scrub while having your small vac suck it up as you go.

Yeah… i just use a tooth brush and a long dull extending box cutter for the corners.(wich is prolly why it takes me so long for my jobs >_< )

Sea sponge and the track brush sold here work amazing for me.
The track brush sold on the WCR was one of the best pickups we had hhis spring. And it’s so cheap-cheap
