Buckets

Round or Square bucket ? I switched from square to round, and never looked back.

I used to exclusively use round, but now use rectangular 99% of the time to accommodate wider scrubber.

Always used rectangular. Switched from Ettore large to small a few years ago, just didn’t need to lug more weight around than necessary.

Square or rectangular.

I think I should glue a foam mat underneath mine. If the bucket bottom gets twocked then it is game over.

Three gallon round Ettore bucket for me. I use a fourteen inch strip washer so it’s perfect. I Modified the handle with window cleaners rope so I don’t have to bend over as far to pick it up. Haha
Two gallons of water to fill it so it’s lighter. Fits in most sinks and under the faucet to fill up. Harder to spill water while walking. Easier to tuck in a corner out of the way.

DON’T WANT TO SWITCH BUCKETS. Something about old dogs and new tricks.

Ettore small rectangular for me. I like the compact size plus Iget soap on the windows with a sprat bottle or by dabbing on the mop.

I see that little rectangular bucket in the window cleaners supply catalog and think about getting one every time I see it. 14” long. Perfect.

KISS
Easier than drilling larger holes in the bucket for 1/2 inch rope to fit through for sure.

It’s easier carrying a round bucket filled with water then a rectangle bucket in my opinion.
As far as the hose on the bucket it’s not hard to put on. Quit simple !!

Why does everyone seem to think it’s a choir to dip an flip :joy:

HAHA…Who knows, guess it is a waste of 1 second to do so. I use rectangular yellow Ettore bucket instead my old round white bucket to help look the part of a professional window cleaner. Helps in my own mind I guess. lol If I could have found a round one I would probably have grabbed that instead.

Never felt comfortable with a rectangular bucket as far as not losing water while carrying. Also, dont know where I would put it in my van. I use a 22 in mop most of the time, so it wouldn"t fit anyway. 5 gallon bucket from a big box store! (Though I need to do that hose idea Mike @Majestic66)
