has anyone done this? what software do you use? i’ve looked through the wcra templates, but none of them are what i’m looking for, so i thought i would build a custom one. i don’t really know where to start. anyone have any ideas?
I’ll answer my own question a bit. I just checked out mail chimp and they have a very robust web-based template builder. It’s free to use and I’m amazed at what you can do with it.
I spent about an hour building a custom email template targeted at property managers. Still need some tweaks but I’m really happy with it.

yes, as far as i can tell. you only start paying after a certain volume of emails sent through their system.
