i just got a call from a gold exchange business and they asked if I can clean bulletproof glass. I don’t see any problem with that but is there anything I should know ahead of time?

Years ago I cleaned bullet proof glass on a house. It was only the windows facing the road. I am pretty sure I just cleaned them like any other window.

Bpg is basically 2 pieces of glass with a plastech between them.

I talked with a manufacturer, and they just asked that we not use ammonia (which we wouldn’t anyhow). I asked if anything else could be an issue, he said should be fine.

Yeah, it depends on the glass. If it’s not the plastech sandwich, then it’s going to be really soft glass and it will scratch wicked easy.
Be careful if you have any scraping to do. I would pick up some plastic razor blades if you know where to get them just in case
